Full Description:
Lower Creek Indians to John Stuart. Talk by the interpreter Edward Haynes at Cusitahs. Though the red people on the 'other two rivers' talk of neutrality, this town will end its trade with the rebels [of Georgia] and enter into an agreement with [the British at] Pensacola.
