Full Description:
Howe to Washington. Awaits promised list of prisoners, and explains that he has complied with Washington's request of the '14th inst'. Transports sailed from hence some time ago. In consequence of former letter, vessel ordered to be laden at New York to go to Boston with flour for troops.
