Full Description:
Lieutenant Thomas Eyre to Howe. Complains of insults and treatment whilst a prisoner on parole at Frederick Town. Hearing all British prisoners were to be confined on board ship, and considering his parole void, has made his escape and awaits his Excellency's determination concerning his case.
