Full Description:
Howe to Washington. Acquaints him of Lieutenant Eyre and his confinement in Maryland, encloses representation of treatment he received. Complains of a man accompanying a flag of truce manifestly from curiosity, need for security for flags of truce. Sloop with flour for prisoners received.
