Full Description:
Commissary-General Jonathan Clarke to Burgoyne. Stated objections after careful examination of provisions accounts furnished to the Convention troops at Cambridge, saying that the correct way to submit it was to show the set number of rations, at the set price, and keep candles, soap and wood in a separate account, to prevent problems for that period of accounts.
