Full Description:
Captain Robert Mackenzie to Hugh Ferguson. Fryday [Friday] A letter to General Washington regarding the content of Mr Boudinot's letter on the restrictions placed on the provisions to supply British prisoners, and the request of no flags to be shown, which should be repeated in answer to Boudinot. Also states that in a visit before dinner, the sight of a letter to Washington will explain Sir William Howe's ideas.
