Full Description:
John Stuart to General Sir William Howe. A letter from Pensacola in answer to one received which had arrived by packet, whose contents had been communicated to Governor Chester and Colonel Hill, with Governor Chester issuing a Proclamation with instructions to all who haven't supplied lists of their supply of rum. There was also an issue on the bad behaviour of Creek Indians which led to the withdrawal of traders from going amongst them, upsetting the friendly Indians who were on their Winter hunt. Problems with a shortage of supplies which were only remedied by traders that could be trusted.
