Extract from the remonstrances to the 'General' [? Washington] by officers and troops of the Convention after arrival at Cambridge. No.5. A complaint regarding the quartering of both officers, regardless of rank, and men in bad and cramped conditions, as well as a lack of fuel for warmth or cooking, contrary to the rules laid down.
