Full Description:
Captain Mackenzie to Major-General James Robertson. Philadelphia. Regarding the provisions for prisoners. Provisions are drawn as usual and their Agent Mr. Franklin issues them as much as he thinks is proper. Also on the belief that the prisoners should be victualled from the King's stores, unless it is desired by their agent to the contrary. The mode suggested for furnishing them with blankets is to be paid out for by Mr Pintard, and to remain for the use of the prisoners who may be in his care in the District of New York.
