Full Description:
William Wilton to Colonel John Stuart. New Orleans. Concerning the arrival of Wilton to New Orleans, find the greatest confusion as planters are completely ruined by the rebels taking the 'negroes'. The rebels do not number more than 200. Has found Mr Henry Stuart to be safe and well at the Spanish Fort in Manshac.
