Full Description:
Tonyn to Howe. St Augustine. Mr Kirkland has had a conversation with Mr Stuart upon a project to bring the Choctaw Indians to act with the forces of this province. He conveys this letter. Some light field artillery will be seriviceable here. Store of provisions greatly short of the quantity he had reason to expect but has suffered no great embarrassment on that account.
