TNA Shelfmark:

Full Description:
Washington to Howe. Is by no means sensible of the propriety of so rigorous a proceeding as he has adopted in the case of Captain's Robinson and Galt. Captain Robinson was out of employment by the destruction of his armed brig and the taking command of the shallop which can only be deemed an instance of his condescension. Demands immediate restoration of the former and desires release of the latter.
