Full Description:
Howe to Germain. Philadelphia. Number 90. At a General courts-martial Coprporal John Fisher was sentenced to suffer death for a rape. From circumstances in the trial and from the general good behaviour of the prisoner, it is thought proper to defer the execution. Requests that Germain represents the prisoner as an object of Royal Clemency.
