Full Description:
Prevost to Howe. Unfavourable accounts from Mississippi, not able to comply with the governor's request and the destruction of the 'Hinchinbrook' after engaging rebel vessels. Memorial enclosed from 350 refugees from 'Carolina', letter from the Commanding Officer of Rangers, and return of things wanted by the Officer of Artillery.
