Full Description:
Prevost to Howe. St Augustine. Securing Pensacola against threatened invasion, Carolinian and Georgian troops halted on the other side of Altamaha River and batteries erected to prevent them crossing. Also concerns the number of 'negroes' [slaves] employed in its defence and the want of money there.
