Full Description:
Prevost to Clinton. St Augustine. Rebel army has repassed St Mary's River. Efforts of Captain Elphinstone of the 'Perseus' to attempt the destruction of the rebels naval force or to make a diversion on the coast of Georgia. Requests bat and forage money for Regulars. Sends list of [Loyalist] Carolina Officers. Requests extraordinary allowance to be made to the Carolina Royalists.
