Full Description:
Lord Barrington to [General Sir Henry Clinton]. A letter relating to a matter from the previous year over a debt incurred by Lieutenant Munro of the 28th Regiment, in Chatham, and enclosed copies of two letters written to General Sir William Howe and Major-General Grey about it. Nothing had been heard from the regiment concerned other than acknowledgement of orders for an enquiry, so suggested steps were taken to sort this out as seen fit.
