Major-General Eyre Massey to General Sir Henry Clinton. Concerning his return home, wouldn't go until all the defences were put into place and had also reviewed the troops. Lieutenant-Colonel Goreham hoped that his letter would be enclosed and his surgeon recommended as he had been a prisoner for some months. Ensign Davies was very distressed and all Captain Campbell's services deserves His Excellency's attention.
