Full Description:
Major-General William Phillips to Major-General de Riedesel. A letter from Cambridge with an enclosure suggesting that a judgement be made in selecting parts conductive to German troops under his command, and a report on them be made when convenient. Should remember that whatever requirements are made, they're bought at the expense of the Duke of Brunswick, unless otherwise directed by General Sir Henry Clinton.
