Full Description:
Brigadier-General W. R. de Gall to Major-General Riedesel. A letter from Cambridge acknowledging it along with orders from Major-General Phillips about winter clothing, blankets and bedding in barracks as well as other items for the troops ready for the coming winter. A copy of the Hess-Hanau Regiment of Artillery Returns were forwarded, showing the same plan as that submitted based on the Brunswick troops.
