Full Description:
General Sir Henry Clinton to Lord George Germain. A letter from New York [No.19] suggesting that around 300 invalids, unable to actively serve in the field, be considered as a Garrison Battalion under the command of Captain Sutherland, until approved by His Majesty, and sent to Bermuda and the Bahamas, to ensure order.
