Full Description:
[General Sir Henry Clinton] to Major-General Eyre Massey; or officer commanding HM Forces at Halifax. A letter from New York stating that the Hessian Regiment of Seitz and the Provincial army of Banyard would replace the Marines who were wanted in Europe. Monies held to be paid to Banyard's Regiment, as all Provincial troops were in line with General Sir William Howe's order of 4 April.
