Full Description:
Lord George Germain to General Sir Henry Clinton. A letter from Whitehall stating that Captain Morse, Chief Engineer at Dominica, has the King'as permission to return home due to ill health, so requires another engineer to replace him before he can leave his station. Until a qualified person can be sent, one of the rank of Captain is to go at the first opportunity.
