Full Description:
John Robinson to General Sir Henry Clinton. A letter from Whitehall Treasury Chambers acknowledging receipt of letters and stating that the remitter's agents had submitted bills for large amounts of money that were honoured by the Board to provide ample requisitions that will have savings for the public. Appointment of Mr Smith as Paymaster to the Provincial Forces was approved. Reference to letter on Mr Wier and supplies of provisions. States that many people would like to hear accounts from His Excellency and General Lord Howe of their times [in America].
