Full Description:
Concerning the report Brigadier-General James Hamilton got from Colonel Bland. Vessels of near 200 tons can go up the Rappahannock River to Fredericksburg. The distance by land to Charlotteville is sixty-five miles. Vessels of any tonnage can go up James River to Richmond, thence by land about one hundred miles.
