Full Description:
Lieutenant-Governor Richard Hughes to Clinton. Government House, Halifax. An unlucky accident having thrown the 'Martha' armed storeship into the hands of the rebels, repeats the application for a certain quantity of gunpowder in case of attack. The commanding officer of the King's troops will probably mention in some of his letters the quantity required.
