Full Description:
Clinton to Germain. New York. Number 34. The weather having prevented the fleet from sailing has given him time to repeat the Hessian Hospital accounts. The conduct of Commissary General Lorentz in that affair appears upon consideration so unjustifiable that he submits to Germain whether a complaint should not be made to His Serene Highness the Landgrave, with a request that Lorentz's behaviour may be inquired into.
