Full Description:
Charles Inglis to Robinson. Recommends the bearer Thomas Sumner Esquire, a magistrate and one of the judges of Gloucester County. His attachment to the government exposed him early to the persecution of the rebels and he is now in want of the necessaries of life. Begs to be recommended for some provision either of rations or other assistance.
