Lieutenant-Governor Henry Hamilton to [Haldimand at Quebec]. St Vincennes [Illinois Country]. Detailed discussion mainly on the actions of the various Indian tribes around the area. Relates to the interception of American boats coming down the Mississippi by southern Indians (Chickasaws, Cherokees, Alabamas, Choctaws and others) and by north-western Indians (Shawnees, Delawares and Peorias) on the Ohio River. Postscript mentions a request for blank commissons, and new and changes in appointments made
