Full Description:
Prevost, Ebenezer, Georgia to Clinton informs of departures of Lieutenant-Colonel Campbell and Captain Parker; consequent loss of naval defence. Disappointed he cannot act on the defensive. Must have money to pay troops; reports scarcity of provisions; expects to be joined by Creek Indians and desires presents for them; enclosing the resignation of a German officer of his battalion.
