John Robinson to [ ? ]. Treasury Chambers. Victuallers may be discharged abroad with an allowance of two months as usual when dischaged in America, on condition that the owners give security for the delivery of the guns, ammunition and stores belonging to the public at the port of London at their own expense, or pay to the public the full value thereof.
