Full Description:
James McBeth to Clinton. New York. Memorial. That he was an officer in H.M. Customs at Philadelphia and obliged to leave with his wife and four children. That his wife is dead and he himself reduced by sickness to distress and poverty. With certificate by John Smith, late Deputy Comptroller of the said port, and a note referring to the petition to Colonel Morris.
