Full Description:
Robert McIndow (or McIndrie), refugee. Memorial addressed to Colonel Morris. He was dragged from his peaceable habitation and confined on board ship. Upward of eight months in irons, under sentence of death. He made his escape. His wife and children have been robbed 'of their all'. Begs rations and some place to live. Followed by a certificate from Cadwallader Colden.
