Joshua Gidney, Refugee. Long Island. Memorial. That he was obliged to quit his property, his family have been sent to him and his property sold by the rebels. He has nine children to support. Begs allowance of rations. Enclosed is another document showing his services in the endeavours to raise a troop of Light Horse under Philip J. Livingston.
