Full Description:
Tonyn to Clinton. St Augustine. Adopted every measure that could promote the object of the expedition. Took every step in order that a union of force might operate effectually for the reduction of Carolina and Georgia. Recommends Brown to be superintendent. Also regards the (disaterous) attack against the 'Jason' and her convoy by the rebel privateers.
