Full Description:
Germain to Francklin, Superintendent of Indian Affairs in Nova Scotia. Whitehall. Extract of letter in which he states he thinks it probable that the sea coast of the Provinces adjoining Nova Scotia will be attacked. Indians of Francklin's department would be of great importance so £500 to be laid out in the purchase of presents to be sent to him by the next ships.
