Full Description:
Alexander McMillan to Major-General McClean. Charlottetown. His impatience to be called to a general courts-martial where he hopes to acquit himself honourabley of crimes laid to his charge. Encloses a true copy of a letter directed to Henderson which has fallen into his hands regarding the spite and malice of his commanding officer, the loss of eleven men and injustice received from Major Hierlihy.
