McLean to Clinton. Halifax. Discusses the troops asigned to the settlement of Penobscot River, and between the settlement and Falmouth. Delays preventing the 'Albany' from sailing from Annapolis to convoy a detachment, and on [enemy] vessels and privateers cruising at the entrance of the Bay of Fundy.
