Full Description:
Germain to Clinton. Whitehall. Number 38. Same wind which carried Admiral Arbuthnot to sea on the 24th brought over the German recruits. Enclosed are the returns of the Hessians who proceed to New York and the Waldeckers who will sent to West Florida. 500 Brunswick recruits are also arrived, who with 150 Hanau recruits will be sent to Haldimand who it is hoped will put the Convention Foreign Corps in a condition for service.
