Full Description:
Elizabeth McCrea, refugee. Letter to the Mayor of New York stating her case, signed by J. Agnew, Chaplain to the Queen's Rangers. She was driven away from her habitation in Virginia where she lived, had two sons in His Majesty's service and has no means of support. Presented a memorial a few days ago to Colonel Morris, but it having been referred to the Commandant's Office has been mislaid. Asking for support from the government.
