Full Description:
McLean to Barkley. Camp at Magebiguiduce [Fort George, Maine]. Time allowed for Joint proclamation forthe Kings subjects in this part of the country coming in and taking Oaths of allegiance and fidelity to His Majesty being now expired, it is believed essentially necessary that Commanders-in-Chief should be acquainted with the present situation, as well as such information realative to the state of the country. Requests that one ship be allowed to proceed on that service to New York.
