Full Description:
James Duane, for the Board of Treasury, to Phillips. Philadelphia, Treasury Board. Committee of Congress responding to objections offered by Phillips against Commissary's accounts for supplying troops of Convention in the months of March, April, May, June, July and August 1778. Several articles found to be just and ought to be paid. Mr Milligan fully authorised to settle all further accounts of supplies for Convention Troops.
