Full Description:
Germain to [Governor Sir James Wright]. Regarding the deserted estates of 'Rebel Property', and the several loyal Inhabitants of Georgia and Carolina who have take refuge in England from the persecution of the rebels. Those persons fit enough are to take care of the estates, and be employed in that way until the estates are otherwise disposed of. At the end a note from Wright transmitting an extract to Captain Russell, Assistant Secretary. [see letter of 3 June 1780].
