Full Description:
Major-General Prevost to Clinton. Savannah. Lengthy, discriptive report on the situation with regard to the citing of various battalions and their defensive encounters with the enemy after his recent arrival. Encloses a return of the Killed and wounded from a recent exchange with in excess of five thousand rebels. He has a need of money for payment of the troops, has established a hospital in Canada, and mentions the lack of Officers.
