Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel Alexander Dickson to Campbell. Manchac. Extract of letter explaining that he received a visit from the Colonel of the Militia in Louisiana with intelligence that near six hundred Americans on the English side, along with the militia were filling out and preparing for an expedition. This he believed to be with the intention of taking possession of this part of West Florida.
