Full Description:
Riedesel to Clinton. Charlottesville. His Excellency's wish against any exchange of officers without a proportion of soldiers has deterred him from making any representation on a seperate exchange. Represents the case of Captian De Geismar of the Regiment of Hesse Hanau, who is heir to a considerable fortune and whose father wishes to see him before his death. Begs favour of his exchange.
