Full Description:
General Fraser to Thomas De Grey, Junior. Coxheath Camp. Whatever provision it may be thought proper to make for his subsistence one thing it is hoped will be attended to, that there is a sum, in itself inconsiderable but not so to him, which he paid in cash out of his pocket for a public service, expresses and such. This Germain will be persuaded to think is reasonable to recommend to be paid immediately, independent of what may be given for his support. [May have reference to the subject of De Grey's letter to Robinson, 23 July 1779, item no 2136].
