Full Description:
Mrs Beasley, refugee, New York. Certificate by Beverly Robinsion, Colonel Loyal Americans, that the bearer is a refugee from Cortlands Manor and has sons and sons-in-law in the Loyal American Regiment and Queen's Rangers and one son-in-law in colonel Fannings Corps (and has three small children with her), recommends her and three small children for rations.
