Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel L V Fuser at St Augustine to Clinton, complains bitterly of the current local situation and being let down by others. He is short of qualified officers, manual labour, funds and most of all powder and shot. Also that the Indians are receiving valuable presents from the Spaniards which the British are unable to match.
