Full Description:
Governor Richard Hughes, Halifax, Nova Scotia to Clinton. Forwards two packets from Haldimand. Complains of accounting difficulties relating to the defraying expense of erecting barracks at the town of Cornwallis; adding that he is not authorised. Asks that these expenses be met from army funds.
